Welcome to the Club Membership Resources page.
This page provides important information and resources related to club sanctioning requirements, member management, activity sanctions, temporary memberships, insurance, accident reporting, and other club responsibilities.
Clubs are responsible for reviewing all documents and resources on this page annually to ensure they understand and meet current Freestyle Canada requirements. Please review all documents in the drop-down menus below before submitting a club sanction request.
Club sanction requests will open in early June. A club may not operate under the umbrella of Freestyle Canada until its club sanction request has been formally approved. Individual membership registration will open in late June for the upcoming membership year.
Commercial General Liability coverage is only available during the active membership year, from July 1 to June 30, and only once all applicable membership, sanctioning, and operational requirements have been met.
All clubs and PSOs must use SnowReg as their primary registration platform for all program and event registration information. This requirement supports improved risk mitigation, member tracking, reporting, and insurance administration.
Clubs that process most payments by e-transfer or cheque may continue to do so. SnowReg will waive fees associated with offline transactions. Instructions for setting up offline transactions will be reviewed during SnowReg training sessions. Additional information is provided below.
