Celebrating the Team Behind the Team: Our Medical and Paramedical Staff
Celebrating Our Integrated Support Team
As Freestyle Canada’s athletes prepare for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Livigno, we proudly recognize the incredible team working behind the scenes to keep our athletes healthy, strong, and thriving.
Led by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rod French and Deputy Dr. Hannah Gibson, and guided by our Thrive Model, this multidisciplinary group ensures our athletes are physically, mentally, and emotionally ready for every challenge. From our Mental Health Consultant Susan Cockle to our discipline-specific paramedical and strength & conditioning leads, each expert plays a vital role in moving athletes from injury to peak performance.
With support from trusted partners like CSI Pacific, CSI Alberta, and the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institute Network, our athletes are backed by a world-class system of care. This entire effort is seamlessly coordinated by our Director of Integrated Support, Adrian King.
To our Integrated Support Team—thank you. Your impact is felt every day, in every run, every recovery, and every triumph.
